Private lessons are available either at our location or at your home.
Private training is great for dogs who are not suited for group classes or to work on specific training goals.
How long will it take to train my dog?
With so many variables that go along with dog training, this is a very difficult question to answer.
Variables include things such as the age/breed/health of the dog, the severity of any behavioral issues that may be present and the specific training goals. Perhaps the biggest variable is the amount of time that you as the owner can realistically put into training outside of our time together.
We can give you the tools and work with you and your dog, but what happens between each meeting will have a huge impact on how quickly your dog progresses.
Before moving forward with private lessons you will meet with one of our trainers for a
30 minute assessment. This will be an opportunity for our trainer to observe your dog, obtain a detailed history and to discuss our training methods as well as your training goals. After your assessment, the trainer will contact you with a training plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Assessments are available at our location or at your home. No formal training occurs at our assessments.
If you must cancel or reschedule your training we require at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is subject to a $25 fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling the training.
Training packages must be paid in full prior to the first visit. If you decide to cancel your remaining sessions a refund can be issued for the remaining dates minus a $25 cancellation fee.
6 hours must be used in 1 calendar month.
